Propellant.digital is headed up by founders Vincent Grandjean, and Allan Horgan, both professionals with a history in the financial technology, who shared an ambition to make the financial markets more transparent and accessible.

Founder & CEO
Vincent Grandjean is the founder and CEO of Propellant.digital. He has extensive experience of leading Fixed Income e-trading projects, from working in product management at Santander, SocGen, Citi and UBS. He was previously on the board of Neptune and launched Project Sentinel, the industry initiative to deliver a MiFID II technology solution to multiple banks.
Vincent’s experience combines Fixed Income, Market Structure and Cloud Technology.

Dan is CEO of business consultancy MarcX limited, with significant experience in business and legal roles within financial markets. Dan was responsible for the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for Tradition, one of the world’s largest interdealer brokers. He was also co-head of Tradition’s EMEA business, managed out of London and CEO of Trad-X and ParFX, and worked with the industry to assist in the creation of the ICE Swap Rate and Term SONIA.

JULIE BRIAND joined Propellant in 2024 as Head of Customer Success. Julie brings to the team a unique combination of financial analytics, leadership, and client management skills. Her expertise in Capital Markets spans securities lending, FICC, equities and structured finance. An innovative and creative client advocate, Julie has helped global investment banks and FinTech scale-ups to develop relationships and drive positive outcomes with institutional investors for over two decades.
