Born in 2021, our mission is to take financial markets information and make it transparent, accessible, affordable and useful to all parties in the ecosystem.
Propellant.digital is headed up by founders Vincent Grandjean, and Allan Horgan, both professionals with a history in the financial technology, who shared an ambition to make the financial markets more transparent and accessible.

Propellant Digital is an award-winning technology company specialising in Fixed Income data analytics. Our founders are trusted specialists in transparency and trading data, passionate about making bond, swap, and ETF markets more transparent.

ALLAN HORGAN

is Chief Product and Technology Officer as well as being a Co-Founder of the firm. He has a track record of success in data management roles at US and European institutional investors, and he brings considerable technical and regulatory expertise to Propellant. When it comes to onboarding new clients and optimising system interoperability, Allan is an authority on API connectivity as well as low latency development and Java development.

CHARLIE GIBSON

joined Propellant in 2023 as Head of Sales EMEA. He brings with him intricate knowledge of bond trading and considerable technological expertise. Charlie has built a strong network of relationships with Europe’s institutional trading community which will facilitate distribution of Propellant services into target markets. Charlie is a strong advocate of data technology as a means of promoting workflow efficiency and trading transparency.

DAN MARCUS

is CEO of business consultancy MarcX Limited and plays a consultative role at Propellant. He is highly experienced in business and legal roles within the financial markets. As regional co-Head for one of the world’s leading interdealer brokers, Dan was responsible for the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. As CEO of Trad-X and ParFX, he was involved in the creation of the ICE Swap Rate and Term SONIA.

joined Propellant in 2024 as Head of Customer Success. Julie brings to the team a unique combination of financial analytics and client service skills. Julie’s expertise in markets spans securities lending, fx and structured finance. A natural problem-solver and team-builder, Julie has helped global investment banks and fintech scale-ups to onboard and develop client relationships with institutional investors for over the past two decades.

joined Propellant in 2023 as Head of Product EMEA. Oli specialises in conceiving and scaling high-quality digital products. He translates customer problems into clear business objectives, which he frequently achieves. In his career to date, Oli has engineered a number of fruitful collaborations with clients, business stakeholders, technologists, data engineers, and legal and compliance colleagues.

VINCENT GRANDJEAN

is the founder and CEO of Propellant Digital. He is a veteran of financial data management and analytics and at Propellant he uses his extensive experience of managing transparency data to improve investor access and trading performance in Fixed Income. Previously, he led Fixed Income e-trading projects, while working in product management at Santander, SocGen, Citi and UBS. He was on the board of Neptune and launched Project Sentinel, the industry initiative to deliver a MiFID II technology solution to multiple banks.
